Do you charge per staff member?
No. The free beta includes unlimited staff members. Future post-beta pricing is planned as one flat monthly plan.
Do customers need to pay or install anything to book?
No. Customers and members open your booking link in their browser and book for free without installing an app.
What happens after the free beta?
Future post-beta pricing is planned at $19.99/month. Billing is not active today, and we have not announced a billing start date.
Can you set up my account for me?
Yes. Done-for-you setup is normally $99 one-time. We are currently waiving the setup fee for early Moadi customers.
